“This package does not include the beach access as advertised. My wife and I found out that it had to be purchased separately on the boat or directly from the resort. Once on the cruise, we went to purchase it and were told that there was a Virgin cruise docked that day. When Virgin is docked, they have exclusives rights to the beach and access can't be purchased. Viator needs to update their trip description and inform customers on dates there is no access to the beach.”

“Our driver did not show up to take us from FLL to MIami port. Contacted customer service who contacted the local office but no one showed up. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, we decided to take a taxi to the port and we almost missed our ship! So unprofessional needless to say. However, after we returned home from our cruise, we contacted the headquarters and spoke with someone and this person was very professional, and apologetic. He immediately processed the refund for us and less then a week we did receive it.”
